Founded by husband and wife team Billy and Matene Okoye, the foundation is built on integrity, service, and a shared commitment to helping families achieve stability, opportunity, and lasting success. Billy Okoye, a principal broker with over 20 years of experience, is known for his integrity, precision, and dedication to guiding clients through buying, selling, and foreclosure prevention. His multinational background and expertise as a Certified Distressed Property Expert have helped countless homeowners across Maryland, D.C., and Virginia reach their dream of homeownership. Matene Okoye, a top-producing realtor and associate broker with over 15 years of experience, leads with the philosophy of “building relationships one home at a time.” With a degree in business and marketing and a strong background in sales and public relations, she combines professionalism and compassion to empower clients and communities alike. Together, Billy and Matene have created a team culture rooted in honesty, education, and empowerment, where every member is dedicated to listening first, acting with care, and leading with integrity to build not just homes, but hope.
Our History
The Sold 100 Gives Back Foundation was founded through the success of Sold 100 Real Estate and the shared vision of Dr. Billy and Mrs. Matene Okoye. With over two decades of combined experience helping families across Maryland and Washington, D.C. reach homeownership and avoid foreclosure, the couple created the foundation to ensure that their work in real estate also creates lasting community impact.
Today, the foundation uplifts families throughout Anne Arundel, Howard, and Prince George’s Counties, serving areas such as Annapolis, Bowie, Columbia, Crofton, Ellicott City, Greenbelt, Laurel, Upper Marlboro, and the greater D.C. region. Through its programs in housing assistance, financial education, neighborhood revitalization, and family support, the Sold 100 Gives Back Foundation continues the Okoyes’ mission to strengthen communities and inspire new beginnings.
